Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive (Building Materials & Hardware) @ Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE
The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a product expert who can provide knowledgeable guidance to our customers, build strong relationships, and drive sales within our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, understand their project requirements, and recommend suitable products from our extensive range.
- Provide expert advice on the applications, features, and benefits of our building materials, hardware, sanitaryware, and wood products.
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately using our system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
- Ensure the showroom is always tidy, well-organized, and products are correctly labeled.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with contractors, builders, interior designers, and retail customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements & Skills:
- MUST HAVE: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in showroom or retail sales, specifically within the building materials, hardware, or sanitary ware industry in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of construction products is essential. Candidates without industry-specific experience will not be considered.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Presentable, confident, and a proactive team player.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and POS systems.

The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales through direct client engagement across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the construction and building materials sector.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with contractors, builders, developers, interior designers, and hardware retailers.
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients to promote products and secure orders.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
- Provide expert advice on product suitability, technical details, and applications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- MUST HAVE: Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience in the building materials, hardware, or construction supply industry in the UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of construction products such as sanitaryware, plumbing materials, hardware, and wood products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is essential.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and cover extensive travel across Dubai.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
