- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and status reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities such as proposals, scoping, and estimations.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management practices, methodologies, and tools . (SOWs, RAID logs, project plans, handover documentation).
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, estimations, and project scoping sessions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of project management experience , ideally in consulting or IT services.
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects (Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems).
- Background in Retail, Hospitality, or Distribution industries is highly desirable.
- LS Retail / Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills , with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen , with experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with multinational teams and clients .
- Willingness to travel if required during key project phases.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.
