Position Summary

The Head of Sales will lead the company’s sales strategy, execution, and performance across all real estate development projects. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company’s overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage sales budgets in alignment with business goals and project timelines.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in driving sales performance for large-scale residential and/or commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of the property market, pricing strategies, and buyer behaviours
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management

Market Survey & Analysis: Analyze market surveys, identify the opportunity for growth, prepare market & competitor reports, and update stakeholders monthly on market scenario and available market opportunities to grow.
Relationship Management: Influential & improve relationships with internal & external stakeholders to generate new business, maximize sales, increase staff productivity, enhance the quality of service, ensure sustainability, and exceed Sales Department objectives. Build Khansaheb Industries' image by collaborating with internal teams, customers, government authorities, and industry/business forums.
Leadership & Team Building: Provide leadership and represent a positive, enthusiastic role model for the sales team.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

A degree in a business or engineering-related subject is desirable.
Professional sales training, e.g., SPIN and Strategic Selling.
Minimum five years of sales management and leadership experience within the GCC in the HVAC industry.
Having experience managing a third-party distributor network is a plus.
Data management expertise, e.g., use of CRM systems.
Fluent in English, both in speech and writing.
