We are looking for a Consulting Manager to join our expanding Business Consulting team as part of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.

You will be part of a team that helps our clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors solve organization-wide strategic operational and regulatory challenges by architecting solutions for complex problems. The focus activities will relate to strategy and operating model design and implementation transforming operations and processes and improving overall business performance in a rapidly evolving industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role you will be a key participant in work streams and engagements as you translate client problems and needs into project tasks and deliverables within the Healthcare and Life Sciences Consulting team primarily. You will collaborate closely with clients to define the objectives and scope of engagements delivering insights and recommendations in consultation with partners.

You will be expected to define problems and hypothesize solutions facilitate client discussions and present proposed improvements. You will perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purposes and consolidate different findings to support implementation activities. Skills and Attributes for Success

• Overall Experience : 6-10 years of consulting experience is a must preferably in Big 4 firms or strategy consulting firms with a focus on healthcare and life sciences including (but not limited to) creating go to market strategies new business launch business model innovation enterprise operating model design and sector-aligned Transformation Architecture experience population health value-based care and model of care reforms.
• A degree in Healthcare and Business Management or related fields ; a degree in Healthcare Business Management; with a background in healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
• Post-graduate degrees and/or professional qualifications in Business Management Healthcare or Life Sciences would be highly regarded.
