- Prepare organisations for accreditation and regulatory inspections by developing action plans, documentation, and staff training programs.

- Deliver project management responsibilities: scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and regular progress reporting.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's or Master's in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare consulting or hospital operations with a track record of delivering clinical quality and operational improvement projects.
- Demonstrable experience with clinical governance, patient-safety programs, and KPI-driven performance improvement.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulatory environment and experience supporting compliance or reporting for regional health authorities.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on-site.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and analytics tools to interpret clinical and operational data for decision-making.
Preferred
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent project/quality management credential.
- Prior experience leading JCI accreditation projects or serving as accreditation lead.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC healthcare market and familiarity with regional clinical workflows.
