who can both acquire and deliver consultancy projects. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare entrepreneurs in the UAE.
• Identify, pursue, and secure healthcare consultancy and facility licensing projects.
• Assist in the preparation, drafting, and submission of facility licensing applications and related regulatory documentation.
• Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks for client organizations.
• Collaborate with the NeoHealth team on project delivery and ensure high-quality standards.
• Represent NeoHealth Consulting in professional networks, events, and digital platforms to enhance visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of healthcare licensing, compliance, or medical facility setup in the UAE.
• Proven ability in business development or consultancy, preferably in healthcare or regulatory environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation Model

This is a
revenue-share remote or in-person consultancy role
. The consultant will earn
40% of net revenue
from projects they source and deliver. There is no fixed salary.

About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facility operations for the clinic/hospital site—ensure smooth patient flow, appointment management, and high-quality service delivery.
• Drive compliance with UAE health regulators (DHA, MOHAP, DOH/HAAD as applicable) and accreditation standards; prepare for inspections and audits.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls and resource allocation—monitor KPIs and implement improvements to achieve operational targets.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

• Proven experience with EMR/EHR systems, operational KPI tracking, and managing on-site healthcare teams.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulatory environment (DHA/MOHAP/DOH) and demonstrated compliance management experience.

Preferred

• Experience with budgeting & P&L oversight, vendor management and facility resource planning in a UAE setting.
• Certifications in healthcare management, project management or quality improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and prior exposure to accreditation processes.
