- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent. - Must have experience in mental health/ psychiatry handling pediatric patients. - Valid nursing license in the UAE or eligibility to obtain licensure. - Strong understanding of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. - Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations. - Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
