Job DescriptionThe Associate Engineer – Hotel Asset Management is responsible for creating value by ensuring the portfolio's condition is of the highest standards and assets are fully functional. The candidate acts as an Owner Rep and will support the asset management department in developing, implementing, and ongoing support of a best-in-class asset assessment model for all TFG physical assets.
