As the Cluster Groups Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating group bookings across multiple properties. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Coordinate all group reservations and manage room blocks for cluster properties.
• Act as the main liaison between the group organizers and hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of events and stays.
• Handle group inquiries, proposals, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor group room allocations, cut-off dates, and billing procedures to maximize revenue.
• Prepare detailed group itineraries and communicate requirements to all relevant departments.
• Support the Sales and Events team in planning and organizing on-site group activities and events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the hotel’s property management system.
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards in all group-related processes.
• Provide exceptional service to group clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize group booking opportunities.
• Monitor feedback from group clients and use insights to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities for group bookings across the cluster.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in group coordination or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local and international market trends in the hospitality industry.

The Jetty Manager ensures the smooth, safe, and guest-focused operation of all jetty activities, including vessel scheduling, arrivals and departures, crowd control, luggage management, and coordination with marine and transport authorities. **Your day to day**
**Guest Experience & Crowd Management**
+ **Oversee all guest arrival and departure procedures at the jetty, ensuring warm welcomes and smooth farewells.**
+ **Manage crowd flow during peak times, maintaining comfort, safety, and service quality.**
+ **Supervise valet and luggage handling teams to ensure prompt, organized, and secure service.**

**Safety, Security & Compliance**

**Authority Liaison & Documentation**

+ **Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication logs related to vessel and jetty operations.**
+ **Foster strong working relationships with marine, port, and transport authorities.**
**Jetty Maintenance & Presentation**
+ **Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the jetty, pontoons, and guest waiting areas.**
+ **Report and coordinate repairs or maintenance with the engineering team to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.**
+ **Ensure all jetty areas reflect the resort's standards for aesthetics, safety, and guest comfort.**
**What we need from you**
**Qualifications & Experience:**
+ **Bachelor's Degree in Marine Operations, Hospitality, Logistics, or a related discipline.**
+ **Minimum 5 years' experience in marine transport or hospitality-based jetty operations.**
+ **Strong knowledge of RTA and Marine Authority regulations.**

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Management :

• Budget and Cost Control :
  
  • Develop and manage the annual engineering and maintenance budget, ensuring effective cost control and resource management.

  • Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising the quality of service.
• Project Management :
  
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise major capital projects and facility upgrades, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance and engineering efforts with hotel operations and guest satisfaction goals.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing the facilities of a hotel and to be based on-site at the project. Strong exposure to maintenance activities and managing the department and related teams. Experience in setting up processes and procedures as it relates to the department goals.
