Job Description

A well-established organisation in the financial services sector, this large organisation operates within a highly regulated environment. With a strong presence globally, the company is committed to delivering excellence and maintaining high standards in all its operations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and maintain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and development plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on organisational structure and workforce planning.
  • Analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and fairness.

Key prerequisites include:

  • Qatari National
  • Proven experience within the human resources function, ideally in the financial or professional services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies at a senior level.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in human resources or a related field.
