The Human Resources department is responsible for ensuring the company's operations are effective, legally compliant and aligned with the overall business strategy. The HR Director will oversee talent acquisition, employee development, relations, compensation and benefits, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of strategic HR plans to support business objectives.
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes to ensure a diverse and qualified workforce.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention and career growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes through effective HR practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
