POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Generalist/Manager will be an experienced human resource professional who works with Dubai's onsite leadership to support the Middle Eastern practices' goals and culture by providing HR services including talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, and other HR projects and initiatives as required.
This is a full-time position, and flexibility is required to meet the practice needs. The candidate will report to the GCS (Global Corporate Services) Head of HR EMEA/APAC/LATAM with a dotted line to the practice leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds the business partner relationship with Equity Principals and teams; understands business goals and challenges; and develops solutions to address issues.
- Provides advice to executives and supports management in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, training, and development.
- Works with the HRIS team to create and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
- Provides high-quality candidates for open positions through targeted sourcing, social networking, and other recruitment tools, managing the full lifecycle recruitment process and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Partners with the immigration and mobility team on employee immigration needs.
- Escalates employee-related concerns to the Head of HR for performance management, expectations reset, and investigations.
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reduces legal risks, and ensures compliance, escalating issues as needed.
- Advises and coaches to promote a diverse, inclusive, productive, and high-integrity work environment.
- Provides guidance on restructurings, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Collaborates with leaders on employee development and talent planning, including reviews and development plans.
- Develops strategies to leverage tools like UKG HCM for business growth.
- Updates HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect business and regulatory changes.
- Co-develops project processes, manages timelines, and monitors progress.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, including recruitment.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI certification preferred.
- Knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employment laws in the Middle Eastern region.
- Professional, consultative approach in working with all levels of staff and management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and diplomatically.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant industry experience.

+ Serve as a point of contact to team members, answer questions, and help employees navigate all aspects of HR
