JOB PURPOSE:
To Lead and Manage project Management teams and units for (Mobile Network) projects with exceptional organizational and team working skills to achieve company vision and strategic plans successfully.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To Liaise with the Senior Management and contribute in Company growth, strategic Planning and assist in achieving goals and objectives.
- To lead Project Management Department and ensure proper planning, implementation, monitoring and successful delivery of projects up to client expectations.
- To lead the department including project managers and other team members to achieve company strategic plan and objectives.
- To ensure proper relationships and communication with clients having regular meetings, Positive communication, building positive company image and securing further business along with delivery of assigned projects up to clients satisfaction.
- To arrange proper study and implementation of all projects SOW, SLA, KPIs and preparation and implementation of Resources Plan, budget, business plan, Project implementation plans, risk assessment plans, contingencies and projects delivery plans.
- To have strict macro and micro level of project performance monitoring. Resources utilizations, project financial viability and take appropriate steps for correction and successful delivery.
- To Lead and manage design, planning, installation and maintenance of all IBS, MW, BTS and GSM (4G-5G) projects.
- Experience with Nokia, Ericsson, Etisalat, mainly with Huawei Mobile projects.
- To oversee the infrastructure, Approvals and Resources Requirement, and supervise coordination with All Project Teams, contractors, sub-contractors, technical team, customers vendor and inspection authorities as required to execute assigned projects.
- To ensure all project documentation, plans and reports are completed for every project.
- To coordinate with contract department for bidding, pricing, costing and negotiation meetings.
- To carry on other duties assigned by the senior management related with the fixed network operation.
- To attend meetings with the senior management, clients, and project teams
- To ensure all projects invoicing are submitted on time and sufficient cash flow available.
- To ensure quality assurance practices and all the standard SOPs are followed.
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
