Job Description
Job Title: HVAC Specialist

- We are seeking an experienced HVAC specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and design principles. ">
- The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting HVAC design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals. ">
- They will also prepare and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for HVAC systems. ">
- Additionally, the HVAC specialist will supervise site activities related to HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning. ">
- They will work closely with consultants, clients, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow. ">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. ">
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, preferably with contracting companies in the UAE/GCC. ">
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with HVAC design software is a plus. ">
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment selection, ductwork, chilled water systems, ventilation systems, and controls. ">
- Experience in site coordination and resolving MEP conflicts. ">
- Excellent communication, technical reporting, and problem-solving skills. ">
- Must be locally available in the UAE and able to join immediately. ">
