The Technical Maintenance Assistant will be based in Abu Dhabi and will assist the technical team in the installation, servicing, repair, and preventative maintenance of refrigeration systems and equipment.

As a Technical Maintenance Assistant, you will focus on maintenance and repair within set timeframes and according to defined processes, service agreements, and customer needs.

Conduct planned site/customer visits, resolve customer requests/calls as dispatched, and develop positive customer relationships by providing proactive feedback and documentation of customers' equipment and systems status and work completed.

• Good product knowledge and overall system understanding
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• High school education with a 2-year Air Conditioning and Refrigeration trade certificate
• Knowledge in servicing and maintenance of cooling towers, pumps, and heat exchangers
