Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Hydraulics Sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in UAE and GCC.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with industrial clients.
- Conduct technical presentations and propose customized hydraulic solutions.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors and end-users.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, Service) for project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Hydraulics Sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic cylinders, power packs, valves and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
