1. Job purpose
This is a group level role across the various business units. This role will be in the legal team reporting directly to the CEO/COO to conduct both legal and company secretarial activities.
Familiar with UK common law with a good body of knowledge and demonstrable experience in financial technology (fintech)/ exchange/ banking/ IT industry with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Legal Counsel - GCC The roleYou’ll join our energetic legal team of 7 lawyers reporting to the GCC Lead Counsel.
