The SMS Manager oversees PAC's Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with ICAO Annex 19, and industry best practices. This role integrates safety into all operational and maintenance activities, conducts root cause investigations using methodologies such as FAiR and MEDA, and fosters a Just Culture environment. The SMS Manager functions as an independent body to review, evaluate, and improve safety across the organization, supporting PAC's commitment to world-class VVIP aviation operations.

Oversee daily operations in occupational safety and health management systems, ensuring adherence to clients' requirements and applicable codes of practices.

This role involves frequent interface with peers and project stakeholders, participation in teams and collaborative efforts, and effective communication skills to address intricate OSH issues. The incumbent will demonstrate keen ability to observe occupational safety and health standards, identify operational deficiencies, and exhibit emotional intelligence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for thorough implementation of OSH standards per UAE OSH legislation and clients' requirements. This includes conducting 2nd party client OSH audits, producing reports, and providing trainings and presentations.

• Maintain the portfolio in accordance with Best Practice ad to ensure that the properties are available to be occupied.
• To assist MPM management in reporting and providing budgets to clients with accuracy.

General:

• Carry out all the responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable procedures.
• Liaise with the Property Owner/Client on a regular basis to report on property performance and operations
• Visit branches of other regions and on regular basis to ensure the branches is managed according to best practice.
• Resolving maintenance issues relating to the Property.
• Escalate any owners related matters to the Property Services Team.

• Demonstrate good CAFM skills and implementing a new CAFM to comply with the department requirements.
• Ensure that maintenance on all vacant units is completed in a correct and timely fashion so that they are ready to be occupied
