Industrial Engineer – Technology and Career Center (TCC)

The Technology and Career Center is looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to manage equipment maintenance, ensure HSE compliance, and support process improvements across our technical training facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance contracts for CNC machines and production equipment
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards
• Analyze workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Support technical operations aligned with training goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Required)
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (Required)
• Experience managing maintenance contracts (Required)
• Experience with HSE protocols (Required)
• Relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, etc.) (Preferred)

Education:

Tertiary education in a related field.

Diploma or Certification in the industrial engineering field.

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering

And/or

An MSc, or PhD in a related field (preferred)

Experience:

Engineering experience: 3 - 5 years.

Must be knowledgeable of engineering processes, plans and specifications, and must have a working knowledge of Teamcenter or similar PLM software and Siemens NX or similar CAD software.

Experience working on CAD and PLM software such as NX and Teamcenter.

Must be an accomplished Industrial Engineer or equivalent.

Skills:

Computer literacy – MS Office.

Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential products, solutions and projects.

Excellent coaching and communication skills.

Experience in drawing process drawings

Experience working on CAD and PLM software such as NX and Teamcenter.

Knowledge of 3D modelling, engineering calculation, simulation, off-road mobility, vehicle tests, mechanical assembly, and vehicle systems.

People management skills.

Problem solving/analysis.

Solid team building and leadership skills.

Superior communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills within CLS and team members.

The work involves technical skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication.

Work systematically.

Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.

Six Sigma
