We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Engineer with strong expertise in SIEMENS automation systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs) from SIEMENS, Schneider, and ABB, and industrial control solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation systems across various industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
·Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using SIEMENS PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
·Configure, program, and integrate SIEMENS, Schneider, and ABB VFDs for motor control applications.
·Perform system installation, commissioning, and start-up activities at client sites.
·Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and drive systems.
·Develop wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and technical documentation.
·Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
·Conduct preventive maintenance, upgrades, and retrofitting of automation systems.

Qualifications & Skills
·Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering (or related discipline).
·Minimum 3–7 years of experience in industrial automation engineering.
·Hands-on experience with SIEMENS automation platforms (TIA Portal, S7-300/400/1200/1500 PLCs, WinCC, PCS7).
·Strong knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs) from SIEMENS, Schneider, and ABB, including parameterization, integration, and troubleshooting.
·Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA).
·Experience in control panel design and electrical drawings (EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical is a plus).
·Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
·Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning and client meetings.
·Field experience in process Industries.
