  2. B. Operations:
    IT Governance and Strategy:
    • Oversee and lead the development of IT governance framework covering IT services, IT risk management, and IT compliance in line with industry’s best practices and standards to support ADAA’s overall strategy.
    • Direct the development and maintenance of the IT Strategy to guide best practices adoption and ensure ADAA’s operational and security concerns are addressed with the executives.
    • Oversee and direct the design, development and communication of IT policies, procedures and operational standards in accordance with industry’s best practices and ensure implementation across ADAA to achieve maximum efficiencies and synergies in IT applications.
    • Oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications to ensure that all necessary systems are in place to meet the requirements of operations.
    • Oversee and lead the process of identifying and documenting all IT related needs from different users at ADAA and liaise with external vendors to develop solutions and ensure accurate design architecture of the necessary IT systems.
    • Manage the identification of potential integration needs with the IT systems / applications / databases of external stakeholders to ensure effective flow of information.
    • Drive proactive identification of opportunities and risks for delivering services through technology, identification of opportunities for innovation, and assessment of obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.
    • Ensure the adherence to IT project methodology and framework to ensure projects are executed within the quality, time, and approved costs.
    IT Applications:
    • Ensure all major systems, applications, networks, and hardware are operating and maintained cost-effectively, and meet defined service levels agreements (SLA) and standards, as well as the defined user and business needs.
    • Lead the effective provision of application support and live troubleshooting of IT systems and applications by managing the team activities, including third-party vendors, to ensure satisfaction of internal and external customer whilst maintaining uninterrupted operations.
    • Direct the monitoring and verification of effective operation and maintenance of systems and applications including IT systems, enterprise applications, hardware, daily backup, server management, etc. to avoid any business disruptions.
    IT Infrastructure and Workplace:
    • Drive and build relationships with contractors and vendors and review their performance periodically to ensure that ADAA receives high quality IT services in accordance with defined SLAs.
    • Ensure that the development, provisioning, and maintenance of appropriate technologies is aligned and consistent to business requirements and strategies.
    • Ensure that ADAA’s systems and infrastructure provide the up time based on industry standards and aligned with ADAA's business continuity requirements.
    • Oversee and perform quality assurance activities related to the performance of IT systems, review and provide reports regularly on application performance.
    • Lead the implementation of disaster recovery plans, in coordination with other IT teams, when required to safeguard and protect all IT operations.
    • Direct the compliance to service level agreements with the external vendors for hardware and software and monitor the performance of vendors in line with the service level agreements and takes remedial action.
    • Ensure the implementation of effective measures for data integrity, security, and access control to ensure confidentiality and protection of data.
    • Ensure adherence with software licensing laws (Abu Dhabi System & Information Centre).
    • Direct the development of the information technology project management framework and quality standards across the entity.
    • Provide subject matter expertise and facilitate audit of detailed documentation of security policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.
  3. C. Talent Management and Development:
    • Direct the effective achievement of department operational goals through effective leadership and by setting department objectives, managing performance within the department, and developing and motivating the team to maximize performance.
    • Oversee and lead talent development initiatives in coordination with the Human Resources Department and discipline experts and thereby ensure the availability of talent to fit ADAA’s requirements.
    • Act as a role model and ensure the team adheres to organizational values and ethics to establish a value-driven culture within the Authority.
    • Share professional expertise and knowledge to build internal intellectual capital and facilitate knowledge sharing across the Authority.
    • Manage, mentor, guide and coach section heads by using effective leadership strategies, providing directions and ensuring proper execution of all initiative undertaken by ADAA to the highest standards.
  4. D. Corporate:
    • Oversee and direct periodic organizational structure change and to ensure optimal resource utilization.
    • Direct change management through continuous improvement of department systems, processes and practices taking into account global standards and changes in the business environment, which demand proactive action plans.
    • Ensure that all department reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet ADAA requirements, and quality standards.
    • Oversee department adherence and compliance with all ADAA corporate policies, procedures and guidelines (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Health and Safety etc.) and code of business conduct.
  5. E. General:
    • The level of performance should reflect the academic qualification, type of courses in the field of specialization, employee job level, and the level of productivity.
    • The academic and professional certificates required and approved by ADAA should be acquired within the period specified and based on the employee’s Individual Development Plan.
    • Perform the task and responsibilities independently unless an approval or directive was obtained to delegate the task to other employees in case of incapability to perform the tasks and responsibilities.
    • Ensure teamwork, collaboration and dedication in performing duties.
    • Showcase a strong leadership to the team members.
    • Knowledge and awareness about the capabilities of the subordinates and showcase a strong knowledge in the field of specialization.
    • Provide the required support and guidance to the subordinates.

Requirements

Minimum:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience
  2. Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) status or CISCO certified internetwork expert (CCIE)
  3. Certification in business enterprise solutions such as CIERP
  4. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  5. Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA)
  6. ISO 27001, ISO 2000 and SSA16
  7. Computer Network Engineer (CNE) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  8. 12+ years of relevant experience in IT strategy formulation, policies, processes, systems development and infrastructure out of which 8 years in a managerial role.

Preferred:

  1. Master’s Degree in relevant subject is preferred.
  2. Exposure to networking accessories, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, VoIP, etc. is desirable.

Job Purpose:

To support day-to-day operations, digital project execution, and application lifecycle management within Modon Communities. This hybrid role combines application techno-functional support, vendor coordination, and process-led digital enablement for systems such as Real Estate ERP, CAFM/CMMS, CRM, and customer portals.

The Associate will assist in ensuring robust application performance, successful project delivery, and overall digital enhancement aligned with Modon’s strategic goals.

Key Roles, Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Application Support (Techno-Functional)

  • Serve as primary liaison for LoB users for Real Estate ERP, CAFM, CRM, and other operational systems.
  • Translate business requirements into functional/system specifications and user stories.
  • Participate in application configuration, testing, and deployment coordination.
  • Manage access, releases, and end-user support with vendors/internal teams.
  • Prepare SOPs, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

2. Project Management & Execution

  • Coordinate planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of digital projects.
  • Maintain RAID logs, timelines, and resource maps; escalate risks or blockers.
  • Manage project documentation: charters, scope, and deployment plans.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and quality objectives.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal units (Operations, Leasing, FM, Security) to finalize cross-functional needs.

  • Contribute to RFPs, vendor evaluations, SOWs, SLAs, and change requests.

4. System Integration Awareness & Data Handling

  • Understand integration points (ERP–CRM, CAFM–IoT, Portals–APIs) for troubleshooting and enhancement.
  • Validate and cleanse data sets; contribute to reporting and insights.
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure/platform teams to ensure performance.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide dashboards and reports on system usage, incidents, and project status.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Job Purpose:

As an IT Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless technology experience by providing prompt, day-to-day support for all IT-related needs. Leveraging internal support tools, you will help maintain productivity and keep operations running smoothly for every team member across the organization.

The position is based in Dubai and reports directly to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive IT support by troubleshooting systems, managing tickets, and training users on digital tools.
  • Maintain LAN/WAN and internet connectivity by coordinating with internal team or external vendors to resolve connectivity issues quickly.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend efficient, future-ready solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for the installation and maintenance of systems, devices, and components, ensuring seamless and uninterrupted business operations.
  • Manage IT assets, including software licenses and maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance through regular audits and reviews.
  • Track and resolve IT issues and requests on time, following company guidelines and service standards, with regular KPI reporting.
  • Lead or support digital improvement projects by implementing solutions, following global strategies, and driving user adoption through training and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or consulting roles.
  • Preferred: Superuser-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Preferred: Industry certifications such as Cisco (CCNA) or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (or equivalent).

Department: Digital and Technology

Job Purpose:

To support day-to-day operations, digital project execution, and application lifecycle management within Modon Communities. This hybrid role combines application techno-functional support, vendor coordination, and process-led digital enablement for systems such as Real Estate ERP, CAFM/CMMS, CRM, and customer portals.

The Associate will assist in ensuring robust application performance, successful project delivery, and overall digital enhancement aligned with Modon’s strategic goals.

Key Roles, Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Application Support (Techno-Functional)

  • Serve as primary liaison for LoB users for Real Estate ERP, CAFM, CRM, and other operational systems.
  • Translate business requirements into functional/system specifications and user stories.
  • Participate in application configuration, testing, and deployment coordination.
  • Manage access, releases, and end-user support with vendors/internal teams.
  • Prepare SOPs, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

2. Project Management & Execution

  • Coordinate planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of digital projects.
  • Maintain RAID logs, timelines, and resource maps; escalate risks or blockers.
  • Manage project documentation: charters, scope, and deployment plans.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal units (Operations, Leasing, FM, Security) to finalize cross-functional needs.
  • Work with software vendors/consultants for issue resolution, enhancements, and UAT.
  • Contribute to RFPs, vendor evaluations, SOWs, SLAs, and change requests.

4. System Integration Awareness & Data Handling

  • Understand integration points (ERP–CRM, CAFM–IoT, Portals–APIs) for troubleshooting and enhancement.
  • Validate and cleanse data sets; contribute to reporting and insights.
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure/platform teams to ensure performance.
  • Provide dashboards and reports on system usage, incidents, and project status.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system utilization.
  • Maintain application documentation and contribute to rollout playbooks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Certifications in PMP, Agile, or ITIL are an added advantage.

Experience & Competencies:

Experience:

7–10 years overall experience, including:

  • 3–5 years in application or ERP functional support roles.
  • 2+ years in IT project engagement/coordination.
  • Working knowledge of system integrations (CRM–ERP, APIs), mobile apps, and cloud-hosted applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication.
  • Efficient multitasking and priority management.
  • Experience in solution design and documentation.
  • Hands-on in UAT coordination, user training, and system walkthroughs.

  • Support and administer Windows Servers
  • Backup and optimize database
  • Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network
  • Provide in-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software. Assist with PC setup, IT system and access for onboarding of new users

  • Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
  • Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
