About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
- Direct involvement in large-scale master planning projects, with demonstrated experience in major infrastructure planning initiatives across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and KSA.
- Review client briefs (RFPs) and develop technically sound, customized proposals aligned with project objectives and client expectations.

- Represent the company in meetings with clients and stakeholders, providing expert technical input and leadership.
- Supervise and support the professional development and career growth of junior staff.
- Hands-on experience with relevant design softwares and design development process.
- Minimum experience of 12 years with extensive exposure to Master Planning
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering; progressing towards Professional Registration (CEng or similar) with membership in a professional institution
- Experience and skills including ProjectWise, Infraworks, Navisworks, Openutilities etc
- Ability to manage a design and approval process interfacing with the project team, Clients and Stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of local authority and standards mainly (DMT, TAQA, DoE / ADWEA, ETISALAT, DU, RSB, ADM, DEWA, RTA, DM)

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Infrastructure Operations
Manage and control all activities related to infrastructure and landscaping, monitor the progress of works for all communities, budgeted costs, quality, timelines, and standards of the service providers.
Provide expert technical advice and resolve technical issues on all aspects of infrastructure and landscaping to concerned teams to ensure effective decision making and communicate reports to the management on a regular basis.
Develop scope of work for the infrastructure maintenance contracts to be tendered within the communities and manage the tendering process in coordination with the procurement department.
Develop procurement strategy of infrastructure services across communities for smooth operations, quality maintenance and cost-effective agreements.
Provide professional advice to the projects team on all infrastructure activities in line with department work plans related to terms of reference, scope of work and time schedules, design, and construction supervision of the proposed project.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Manage and attend customer’s complaints to ensure compliance with DCM service quality standards.
Manage the service agreements in place in terms of monitoring the service providers’ performances in regular and reactive maintenance and taking the necessary measures to react to incompliances. Quality Control measures need to be followed at all times.
Develop long term relationships with key service providers and educate them on DCM’s standards.
Ensure that service providers are paid within the time limits set in the signed agreements in order to have sufficient cash flow and maintain the services to the communities.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Implement value engineering concept and methods in order to reach to cost effective solutions and accordingly save maintaining and operation costs for the community.
Participate in budgeting for Master Community Service Charges in all communities.
Highlight additional requirements for improving communities and operational costs such as refurbishment of assets and enhancements to communities.
Develop operation and maintenance strategy for key assets in the communities to control the cost and ensure consistency in budgets over years.
Assist the department head in the preparation of annual communities’ budgets and plans for infrastructure activities, review communities’ budgets, monitor budgets, highlight budgets variances to ensure cost efficiencies in line with the objectives for OPEX saving and supervise & ensure execution of approved CAPEX projects on timely manner.
Monitor the utilities consumption metering activities to ensure the identification/correction of any anomalies.
Manage documentation and archiving of all reports and incidents.
Verify the service providers’ invoices in order to control the certification process.
Keep abreast regarding the latest trends and methods related to infrastructure maintenance and recommend the most appropriate operation and maintenance practice to the management in order to increase the efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage the development and maintenance of a robust infrastructure assets registry for DCM Master Communities.
Provide input and assist in the development and implementation of the DCM Asset Management Standards in line with the industry’s best practices and authorities’ requirements.
Represent DCM in the process of completed infrastructure projects handover from the development team to DCM and ensure smooth handover of the assets.
People Manager

Manage Infrastructure Operations
CERTIFICATIONS:
VMWare MCSE ITIL RHEL & Cloud Certifications
EXPERIENCE:
15 Years in managing Infrastructure operations
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
- The resource should have a minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years experience in managing large IT Projects.
- The resource should have worked in at least three project of private cloud deployment and management.
- Coordinate with Various IT Infrastructure Administrators for Implementing and commissioning of IT Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with Application teams for implementing any application specific requirement.
- Technical expertise on overall IT Infrastructure components as required.
- SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
- Provide L3 Support onsite for any issues on IT Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with NOC team for timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with AP Support team for timely resolution of issues.
- Mandate Technology Skills - VCF VxRail vRealize suite VSAN SRM & NSX
- Expert in Windows Server & RHEL Linux Implementation Administration Management and troubleshooting
- Expert in AD Exchange Mobile Device Management solutions
- Mandatory Microsoft MCSE certified resource
- RHEL/RHCE certified resource
- Expert on Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage
- Should have experience in managing SAP environment.
- Mandate skills of building Infra and maintenance calendar
- Experience in DR Drills
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills to fix operational Issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- BMC Suite administration skills TSSA TSNA and ITOM
