">- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our infrastructure and maintenance project management team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive live dashboards (Power BI / Excel) for key performance indicators.
- He/She must meticulously monitor and report progress across all Northern UAE projects, including D3 JA B3N PBC FBLS and others.
- Implement stringent measures to expedite JMS signing and Work Order closures by Project Managers and engineers.
- Ensure 100% completion of legacy projects through rigorous coordination of remaining deliverables and enforcing accountability across teams.
- Function as the primary liaison with RTA for critical performance updates and reporting.
- Conduct and preside over monthly client review meetings critically assessing progress challenges and implementing robust solutions.
- Orchestrate the comprehensive reorganisation of RTA-owned spare parts under our custody ensuring optimal inventory management.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talentedElectrical Engineer (with Road & Utilities work experience)to join our team! In this role you will perform conventional and moderately complex Electrical engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses within a discipline.
What You'll Be Doing:
Independently develops and/or supervises the creation of Electrical engineering products that meet customer quality requirements. This includes defining the problem, establishing the work scope, preparing the budget and schedule, planning the work, providing technical direction, and reporting the work status.
Typical products may include detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design and installation packages, proposal evaluations, technical reports, and detailed analyses.
Provides support for other engineering activities as required. May supervise one or more subordinates and provide input regarding performance.
May be assigned to a project or organizational team, or as a lead engineer for a specific discipline on a small to intermediate-size project.
Provides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.
Experience and familiarity with Dubai Local Authorities’ (RTA) procedural requirements, review requirements, and approval requirements.
Review the drawing & design before RTA approval submittal. Follow up with Contractor as well as RTA for getting approval to maintain all files and records on designated forms/format. Ensure that the contractor is not relieved of his responsibility without client authorization.
Coordinate with RTA contractor for execution of LV/HV work.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of work experience managing roads, infrastructure including utilities works, traffic signal engineering within UAE, preferably Dubai.
Must have the ability to develop strong working relationships with third party client, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
Experience in dealing with government authorities such as RTA, DEWA, DM etc.
Thorough knowledge of RTA regulations and standards.
Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications.
Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CAD Technician with a robust background in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in preparing detailed design and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit with proven expertise in infrastructure projects including Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and high-quality 2D and 3D design drawings for infrastructure projects such as Sewage Pump Station Storm water PS STPs & RO plants.
- Develop and manage Revit models and AutoCAD drawings in compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers architects and project stakeholders to ensure coordination and timely delivery of design documentation.
- Interpret design concepts and sketches and translate them into comprehensive technical drawings.
- Maintain drawing revisions and ensure document control in accordance with QA/QC procedures.
- Support clash detection and design coordination using Revit and other BIM tools.
