Implement and monitor corporate HSE policies, plans, targets, and legal requirements, suggesting improvements to enhance safety performance.

Ensure client safety requirements are met and liaise with the safety manager and contractors for effective HSE management.

Identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and conditions, and report findings with recommendations for corrective actions.

Assist in organizing safety meetings and toolbox talks for project teams and contractors.

Ensure contractors and site personnel follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Support the preparation of incident reports and follow-up on corrective measures.

Promote a culture of safety among all on-site personnel.

We are seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all civil and structural activities at the site meet the approved project specifications and ADNOC standards.

• Conduct inspections of excavation backfilling formwork rebar installation concrete works grouting and asphalt works.
• Prepare and maintain quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reports inspection requests checklists and non-conformance reports.
• Review and ensure that all materials used are in accordance with project specifications and approved material submittals.
• Liaise with clients consultants and third-party inspectors during inspections and audits.
• Maintain proper records of site inspection results material testing and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A diploma or degree in civil engineering.
• No less than 58 years of experience in civil QA/QC roles in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in ADNOC onshore/offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of international standards such as ASTM BS ACI and ADNOC specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

This is a full-time position requiring work in remote locations or offshore as per project requirements. Prior experience working on ADNOC projects is highly preferred.
