To ensure that all machines electrical & mechanical installations in the assigned dept. are in efficient working order with minimum down time.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Having knowledge doing general, predictive and preventive maintenance of all Injection & Blow Moulding, thermoforming machines & accessories machines allocated & giving report to superiors.
· Attend to break downs and resolve issues related to Electricals, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatic areas ensuring minimal loss of production time. Basic knowledge of Utilities like air compressors & AC’s & Chillers required checking & correcting.
· To make alternative arrangements in consultation with the superiors, in case of major breakdown of motors, pumps, electric parts breakdown and other heavy machinery parts.
· To ensure generation and maintenance of records, job cards, etc. for repair works undertaken on various equipment and other machineries.
· To provide assistance in all matters to the superior and give workable suggestions on process / machinery / efficiency improvements
· To ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness in all areas involved and works undertaken
· To ensure that safety regulations in respect of all equipment repairs are strictly followed in all circumstances.
· Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environment requirements as specified in the global QHSE Management System with strict adherence to ISO and local regulatory authority.
· Ensure that all records and documents are up to date and have full traceability and retrieval at all times and that all processes, procedures & activities comply with ISO and management procedures.
· To ensure that all company operational and ethical practices and policies are adhered to at all times.
· Perform any other job/task assigned by the Maintenance Executive to accomplish department objectives.

Education/ Qualifications

+ Maintain the hotel equipment, building and asset in good condition to ensure its high performance and reduce the breakdown.

+ Monitor Energy & water consumption used in the hotel.
+ Regular tours and patrolling in and out of the hotel premises to insure that the lighting schedule is implemented, for the reducing the energy consumption; Also to identify any water leaks.
+ Familiarize them self with the green engage initiatives and the saving plans.
+ Review the quality and the quantity of the ordered materials and advice the direct supervisor or shift leader.
+ Follow up on the purchase orders with the purchasing department.
+ To insure that the ordered equipment, appliances, parts and chemicals are energy efficiency, environmental or eco-friendly products

The focus of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.
Shift Pattern: This role includes working in non-traditional shift pattern, which may include nights and weekends
Key job responsibilities
· Put health & safety best practices first in all work carried out ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards and regulations.
· Carry out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site.
· React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue.
· Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements through the line manager.
· Provide high levels of equipment availability to our internal customers.
· Support and learn from Senior Reliability Engineering Technicians.
· Management of contractors.
Basic Qualifications
· Multi skilled in either electrical or mechanical disciplines.
· Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems.
· Experience fault finding within MHE (Material Handling Equipment)/Automation systems.
· Experience in interpreting either mechanical or electrical drawings.
· Experience of conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of high voltage switching.
- Experience of sortation machines.
- Experience of maintaining/configuring bar code scanners.
- Experience of print and apply machines.
- Apprentice Trained, HNC, HND, BSc, BEng

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Build, install, and repair walls and partitions, including drywall, wallpaper, millwork/molding, and faux finishing. Install and repair finishes, such as laminates. Perform rough-in framing for doors, frames, windows, and cabinetry. Repair, maintain, and construct wood structures such as partitions, doors, furniture, and similar items throughout the property. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Order items, including filling out requisitions, obtaining manager approval, and using appropriate vendors. Load, transport, and unload freight from elevator to designated area, using hand truck.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move up and down a ladder. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
