We are looking for a candidate with experience in Medical Insurance and related products to join our Customer service team at Dubai branch. This role entails handling the key SME accounts renewals and assisting the respective supervisor/department head in managing the renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that customers have competitive quotes according to their requirements during renewals.
  2. Ensure that all enquiries are entered in CRM and followed up in a timely manner.
  3. Ensure CRM entry of all placing slips on time.
  4. Ensure that all the documents are uploaded in CRM.
  5. Ensure that all audit procedures are complied with.
  6. All the emails and calls must be acknowledged and replied to internal and external clients.
  7. Actively obtain referrals for cross-sell and other value-added services.
  8. Prepare reports on pending enquiries/quotes/placing slips and coordinate with the team heads.
  9. Actively resolve customer complaints and highlight the same to team head and compliance officer.
  10. Gain adequate knowledge of all the products.
  11. Achieve renewal targets.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Sound technical knowledge of insurance products and other aspects of insurance processing.
  3. Effective communication and people skills.
  4. Sensible judgement and diligence.
  5. Experience in handling Microsoft Office Tools and Analytical tools.
  6. Insurance qualifications such as CII/ACII are an added advantage.

What does the role involve?

  • Actively manage customer complaint handling and provide First Contact Solution wherever possible. Follow up open tasks daily to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Take responsibility for customer master data by ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness whilst entering new accounts, project location’s and contact details into SAP system.
  • Actively promote the use of other sales channels to the customer in order to drive Multi Channel System orchestration.
  • Support field-based personnel by providing on-time, detailed and accurate communication, sales leads gathered from customer contacts, arranging contact/site visits with customers.
  • Act as a central point of contact for customers by interfacing with associated departments: Technical Salesperson, Key Account Managers, Technical Support, Hilti Centre, After Market Service, Credit Services, Logistics, Product Management & courier service to provide quality Customer Service.
  • Maintain additional tasks as identified by management in areas such as administration, account hold, back orders, steering orders, certificate creation – if processed by the individual, sales, productivity, quality.

  • UAE National Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law)
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Good computer skills (ideally SAP)
