- Handle the entire Finance and Insurance paperwork process for customers who buy a pre-owned car at Kavak, ensuring every transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.
- You will provide a delightful customer experience, maintaining continuous engagement with customers throughout the finance and insurance stages of their journey and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during this process.
- You will propose and implement ideas to improve the finance and insurance customer journey.
- Collaborate with the Call Center team to ensure a seamless transition for customers.
