Job Purpose:The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory across all projects and central stores. This role leads the inventory control team to execute stock counts, monitor transactions, resolve discrepancies, enforce policies, and drive analytics for improved inventory efficiency and capital savings.Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control & Execution ManagementDevelop and implement comprehensive stock count plans across projects and central stores.Supervise inventory controllers to ensure accurate and timely physical counts.Analyze inventory variances, approve adjustments, and ensure proper posting in ERP.Monitor and review all inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, and write-offs.Identify and resolve inventory booking, costing, and pricing discrepancies promptly.Ensure real-time and accurate inventory data updates in ERP systems.Implement cycle counts and ad hoc spot checks based on material risk profiles.Maintain audit-ready documentation and coordinate audit support activities.Track and report on inventory accuracy KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.Initiate actions to reduce aged, excess, and slow-moving inventory to optimize capital usage.

Responsibilities
- To supervise the supply, storage, and accessibility of inventory items, ensuring adequate stock levels without overages.
- Ensures compliance with safety, cleanliness, and documentation standards, and supports operational readiness for high-volume periods.
- Maintain par stock levels for cleaning tools, chemicals, and replenishment items.
