We are expanding our investment team and are looking for a motivated Junior Financial Modeling Executive to support real estate investment decisions through accurate financial analysis and feasibility assessments.
As a Junior Financial Modeling Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the investment team with detailed financial models and feasibility studies for real estate developments and acquisitions. You will help evaluate project viability, assist in preparing investment reports, and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models for real estate investment opportunities (e.g. DCF, IRR, ROI, sensitivity/scenario analysis)
  • Support feasibility studies by analyzing costs, revenues, market data, and assumptions
  • Conduct market research and assist in preparing data-driven reports for internal review
  • Collaborate with various departments (sales, research, development) to collect and validate inputs

Requirements

The Manager role will be supporting in the client Incentives process in GCC working closely with Country managers and Finance which includes Deal checking help with modelling and best practice sharing process automation and standardization deriving efficiencies etc.
Responsibilities:

  • Deal workflow management: Oversee the GIG preparation and deal modeling process including prioritizing deals at structuring stages and ensuring adherence to requirements during deal pipeline reviews.Maintain a deal calendar and conduct weekly sprints to monitor deal progress.

  • Promote early alignment and crossfunctional collaboration to prevent multiple revisions and provide a one window service for final approvers.

  • Ensure all parties adhere to checklists deal structures align with client and Visa requirements deal clauses are comprehensive and overall structure is efficient.

  • Serve as the Center of Excellence for deal best practices and process flow educating team members and driving efficiencies.

  • Prepare regular management reports and presentation documents as required.

  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Account Executives to build financial models for client incentive deals and facilitate internal approvals at all levels.

  • Follow up with stakeholders such as Legal BD and Contract Management team until final signoff by client and Visa.

  • Responsibilities also include providing data for deal initiation sheet creation updating respective deal trackers advising account executive conducting first level review of deal model output with Account Owner supporting BDs in preparing client proposal and reviewing contract.

  • Serve as the primary contact for data requests and coordination with different stakeholders

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualification

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualification

  • 8 years of work experience with a bachelors degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. MBA)
  • Bachelors in accounting
  • Chartered Accountant or CPA preferred but not required

Management of portfolio of assets and/or platform companies:
  • Manage the due diligence streams, third parties' consultants, ownership and accountability financial modelling, preparation of internal briefing material and closing arrangements.
  • Prepare and implement financial and operational controls frameworks and processes in a portfolio management environment.
  • Execute portfolio activities across multiple energy and preferably renewable operating assets.
  • Ensure achievement operational and financial turnaround in energy and renewable assets.

  • As and when required by management, personally manage key relationships/negotiations with relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the negotiation and agreement of favourable deals and agreements that safeguard Masdar's best interests while ensuring the delivery of necessary needs/goals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of unit systems, policies and procedures covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements and standards are fulfilled while ensuring that policies and procedures support the delivery of the strategy.

  • Complete all relevant reports in a comprehensive, accurate and timely manner, and comply with international principles of corporate governance and standards, and shareholder requirements.

  • Multi-Channel Solutions: Oversee the creation of solutions across web, mobile, and other channels, ensuring seamless B2B2C service integration for financial institutions.
  • Customer-Centric Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that focuses on eliminating friction points across the customer journey, enabling institutions to deliver tailored experiences.
  • Data-Driven Strategy & Market Research: Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to drive product innovation and ensure that the platform stays ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data science, and leadership, to ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and delivered on time.
  • Agile Product Management: Lead product development from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with both technical feasibility and market relevance. Work with agile teams to deliver high-quality features through iterative sprints.
  • Prioritize and Execute: Define product priorities across short, medium, and long-term horizons using data insights to guide decisions. Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives.
  • Craft Functional and Technical Specifications: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to translate business needs into seamless, customer-centric product functionalities. Drive technical and functional implementation through detailed documentation and design.
  • Measure and Optimize: Define success metrics for all product initiatives, measuring their impact and continuously optimizing to improve user satisfaction and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years as a Product Owner in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS Fintech environment, ideally in wealth management or financial services.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of wealth management processes, coupled with the ability to navigate technical design trade-offs and guide complex solution implementations.
  • Hypothesis-Driven Development: Experience leading iterative, data-driven product development cycles, focusing on user-centric experiences.
  • Solution Design Expertise: Capable of independently creating detailed functional designs and technical documentation to drive product development.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, data science, and leadership.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions based on market trends and customer behavior.
  • Agile Expertise: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, with experience delivering high-quality features in fast-paced, iterative sprint cycles.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, finance, computer science, or related fields.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience managing products in wealth management or fintech platforms, ideally Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM), robo-advisory, or similar portfolio management services.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams, with fluency in English (Arabic fluency is a plus).
