Job Description
The client is a global investment manager specializing in alternative investments with a multi-billion dollar AUM.
Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:
Analyze potential investments through financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees.
Transaction Execution:
Support the execution of investment transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiation.
Coordinate with legal, commercial, accounting, and other advisors.
Portfolio Management:
Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and identify opportunities for value creation.
Work with management team and board members in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Other:
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, advisors, and potential investment targets.
Contribute to fundraising activities and investor relations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments.
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in investment banking, private equity or consulting from a tier 1 organisation
- Must be based in GCC already
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
