Job Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Wealth and Investment Products is responsible for overseeing the portfolio management and strategic direction of wealth and investment products to meet client needs and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of investment strategies, financial products, and client relationship management. The individual will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and sales teams to implement competitive and compliant investment solutions that enhance the bank’s wealth management portfolio.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Product Development and Management
  Lead the lifecycle management of wealth and investment products, including mutual funds, fixed-income products, and alternative investments.
  Identify market trends and client needs to create innovative investment solutions that align with the bank's strategic objectives.
  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including asset managers, financial advisors, and third-party vendors, to deliver a competitive product suite.
• Strategic Planning and Execution
  Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive product growth, increase client acquisition, and expand the bank’s market share in wealth management.
  Monitor competitor offerings, regulatory changes, and market developments to keep the product lineup relevant and compliant.
• Channel Support and Training
  Partner with sales teams to promote wealth and investment products, providing training and insights to equip advisors and relationship managers with product knowledge and sales strategies.
  Create and update product materials, marketing collateral, and training modules to facilitate effective client engagement.
  Lead digital-first agenda in collaboration with the digital team.
• Client Relationship Management
  Support high-value client relationships by offering expert insights into investment products and strategies, ensuring client needs are met and satisfaction is high.
  Act as a point of escalation for complex client inquiries and support sales teams in tailoring solutions for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
• Risk and Compliance Management
  Ensure all investment products comply with regulatory standards and internal risk management policies.
  Conduct regular product reviews and audits to manage risk exposure, enhance performance, and uphold the bank’s standards for product quality and compliance.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting
  Analyze product performance metrics, client feedback, and market data to drive continuous improvement and profitability.
  Prepare regular reports on product performance, trends, and strategic insights for senior management and stakeholders.

Education and Experience

8 to 10 years of Product Development in Wealth and Investment Products.

This non-client-facing role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and independent, with strong knowledge of public markets and a generalist investment background. You’ll work closely with the CEO on portfolio monitoring, market analysis, and investment strategy across global public markets, with a focus on European and US securities.

• Monitor multi-asset portfolios with a focus on public markets (equities, fixed income, etc.)
• Track macroeconomic and market trends to support tactical investment decisions

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Familiarity with Citigroup's investment processes and governance is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
