Job Purpose:
The Senior Manager, Wealth and Investment Products is responsible for overseeing the portfolio management and strategic direction of wealth and investment products to meet client needs and drive revenue growth. Principal Accountabilities:
- Product Development and Management
Lead the lifecycle management of wealth and investment products, including mutual funds, fixed-income products, and alternative investments.
Identify market trends and client needs to create innovative investment solutions that align with the bank's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including asset managers, financial advisors, and third-party vendors, to deliver a competitive product suite. - Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive product growth, increase client acquisition, and expand the bank’s market share in wealth management.
Monitor competitor offerings, regulatory changes, and market developments to keep the product lineup relevant and compliant. - Channel Support and Training
Partner with sales teams to promote wealth and investment products, providing training and insights to equip advisors and relationship managers with product knowledge and sales strategies.
Create and update product materials, marketing collateral, and training modules to facilitate effective client engagement.
Lead digital-first agenda in collaboration with the digital team. - Client Relationship Management
Support high-value client relationships by offering expert insights into investment products and strategies, ensuring client needs are met and satisfaction is high.
Act as a point of escalation for complex client inquiries and support sales teams in tailoring solutions for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). - Risk and Compliance Management
Ensure all investment products comply with regulatory standards and internal risk management policies.
