We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales, to be a part of our real estate sales division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue, and building strong relationships with clients, agents, and channel partners. Experience within the UAE real estate market is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive direct and indirect sales through brokers, agents.
Ensure consistent achievement (or exceeding) of sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage networks and channel partners.
Lead partner onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams for successful launches.
Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings.
Manage key client accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
