+ Perform engineering, installation, operations, and maintenance of different types of IP-based routers and switches, as directed in individual Task Orders (TOs).

Beyond day-to-day inspection, you will be expected to drive process improvement initiatives and actively participate in stakeholder meetings.
You will play a critical role in improving customer satisfaction metrics, bringing buying efficiency for Fresh produce, and reducing damage / expiry due to bad produce quality. This will require collaboration with various internal teams, including instock managers, vendor managers, store operation managers and fulfillment partners. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and execution skills to handle daily operations and continuously drive process improvements and automation.
Key job responsibilities
- Review the quality of Meat, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs, and other perishable items during the inbound at Amazon stores, hubs and vendors sites
- Reject the damaged/defective items back to the vendor
- Make a note of the items rejected during the inbound (by item/by vendor, quantity)
- Audit the quality during picking & packing process performed by the LPC associates
- Monitor the Packaging standards during packing process
- Perform daily audit of Bins and share weekly/daily report with the stakeholders
- Train the store and hub associates on quality, SOPs and packaging.
- The role might require work over weekend but not exceeding 40 hours work week

Parsons is seeking a highly talented and experienced _Digital Solutions Senior Specialist_ to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on prominent urban and infrastructure development projects across the Middle East that will transform our cities.
As a Senior Specialist in the Digital Solutions team, you will be instrumental in advancing our clients' technology goals, including identifying, prioritizing and developing technology and smart city initiatives, advanced mobility, artificial intelligence applications, and digitalization of processes. This role requires leadership, adaptability, and creative thinking to address a variety of client challenges within the digital realm. A passion for technology is essential to analyze issues, propose relevant solutions, conduct research on emerging trends, and collaborate with team members - both senior and junior - to identify and develop innovative digital strategies and solutions.
Your responsibilities will encompass supporting business development activities and proposal preparation, client positioning, project planning and execution, preparing technical documentation, analyzing data, and ensuring quality assurance. Effective communication with clients and team members is crucial to your success. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by staying informed about the latest advancements in smart city technologies, asset management, and sustainability initiatives.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ **Client Consultation** : work as part of a team to advise clients on their smart city and digital ambitions on a range of industry sectors across the Middle East.
+ **Proposal development** : develop business opportunities and build compelling proposals to win work across a range of technology driven domains
+ **Project delivery** : Support a series of consultancy projects across the Middle East. You will be expected to lead certain project activites initially with a view to leading the delivery of your own projects in a short timeframe
+ **Solution Development** : identification and development of digital solution designs.
+ **Multi-discipilinary coordination** : Working alongside multiple teams from masterplanning, landscaping, mobility, environment and sustainability and asset management to deliver fully coordinated and integrated proposals and projects
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Technical degree from accredited program involving technology or digital solutions
+ 5-10 years experience working in a consultancy or engineering environment
+ Strong analytical and lateral thinking to solve complex problems
+ Passionate about technology and the latest technology trends
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, be proactive, and take ownership of issues to ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard.
+ Self-starter with the skills to research and complete tasks with limited supervision.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications is beneficial
+ Experience in data visualisation such as Power BI

No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success - creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Guest Service Support Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping).
