OVERALL, PURPOSE:
Perform audits by using standard audit methodologies and engagement approaches that are
in compliance with the all-audit procedures and standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1-Support the implementation of the Operations, Compliance & Performance Audit
strategy by performing audit activities in own field of expertise on time and on agreed
quality parameters.
2- Develop an understanding of Auditee's policies, systems, processes, procedures, and
general business practices using appropriate audit methodologies and industry related
expertise, aligned with international practices.
3- Perform testing and carry out components of the audit program, as directed
independently based on defined audit programs.
4- Participate in specific projects related to own area of responsibility, allocated by role
holders with more experience and within set guidelines.
5-Conduct Operations, Compliance & Performance Audits for the Auditees in the
Industry Department to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the audit
procedures, and prepare audit documentation in accordance with required standards
and FAA Financial and Compliance Audit methodology.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1- Education:
A- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business/Accounting
2-License/ Certification:
B- Professional certifications such as CIA and CPA are Preferred
3-Minimum Experience:
C 2-4 years of relevant experience

Job Summary:
The HR Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Human Capital Management department. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including drafting job descriptions posting advertisements on relevant platforms (local and international) screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires including preparing offer letters employment contracts visa applications (if applicable) and conducting new employee orientation sessions.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role in the UAE;
