OVERALL, PURPOSE:

Perform audits by using standard audit methodologies and engagement approaches that are

expertise, aligned with international practices.

3- Perform testing and carry out components of the audit program, as directed

4- Participate in specific projects related to own area of responsibility, allocated by role

holders with more experience and within set guidelines.

5-Conduct Operations, Compliance & Performance Audits for the Auditees in the

Industry Department to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the audit

procedures, and prepare audit documentation in accordance with required standards

and FAA Financial and Compliance Audit methodology.

1- Education:

A- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business/Accounting

2-License/ Certification:

B- Professional certifications such as CIA and CPA are Preferred

Job Summary:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including drafting job descriptions posting advertisements on relevant platforms (local and international) screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires including preparing offer letters employment contracts visa applications (if applicable) and conducting new employee orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all necessary new hire paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
HR Administration and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records both physical and digital ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Process HR-related documentation such as employment certificates no objection certificates (NOCs) and other employee requests.
  • Manage and track employee attendance leave records (annual sick maternity/paternity etc.) and overtime.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role in the UAE;
