OVERALL, PURPOSE:

Qualifications

Job Summary:
The HR Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Human Capital Management department. This role involves a wide range of HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and administrative tasks all in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including drafting job descriptions posting advertisements on relevant platforms (local and international) screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires including preparing offer letters employment contracts visa applications (if applicable) and conducting new employee orientation sessions.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role in the UAE;
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law;
  • Experience in the real estate or property development industry is a significant advantage;
