The Role
Objective of the Role: The Technical Services Specialist supports the implementation of the overall technical services strategy by providing guidance on Hard FM operations. This includes managing HVAC and MEP systems, overseeing fit-out reviews, supporting tender evaluations, and ensuring compliance across technical service delivery within large-scale retail and mixed-use assets.
