Candidate requirements:
- 10+ years of infrastructure delivery experience with at least 2 full-cycle HCI implementations.
- Proven expertise in IBM Storage Fusion HCI, Red Hat OpenShift, and Ceph Storage.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift cluster design and deployment, CEPH installation and storage configuration, Storage backup (Spectrum Protect or similar)
- Experience in VMware/KVM hypervisors is preferred
- Familiarity with container-native storage and CSI drivers for PVC integration.
- Ability to translate business continuity requirements into DR and backup architectures.
