You will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support for our products, assisting with installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with the setup and installation of our products, ensuring optimal functionality from the start
- Diagnosing and resolving product issues, helping clients maintain smooth operations
- Offer prompt and professional assistance to customers, answering questions, guiding them through technical challenges, and providing follow-up support
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate service efforts and escalate issues as needed
- Create and maintain detailed records of installations, troubleshooting actions, and solutions for future reference
Requirements
- Previous experience in Audio-Visual industry with 5+ years of experience in technical support
- Previous experience in MicroLED/Video walls
- Successfully completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology
- Extensive mechanical and electrotechnical understanding and excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Passionate about providing exceptional service and support, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to client sites when required

The primary goal of the IT Support Specialist is to ensure seamless technical support and troubleshooting for end-users at restaurant level.
- Installation and configuration of POS systems, back office computers, printers, and other equipment
- Identifying and diagnosing technical issues
- Configuring operating systems, setting up network changes, and installing software as needed
- Setting up new user accounts and requesting new hardware when required
- Providing on-site technical support, operating system and hardware/software diagnostics, and following up on issues after hours

- Serving as a liaison between users and the MIS team
- Managing agreed SLAs with vendors for IT services and reporting any breaches

What does this role aim to achieve in the firm / what impact does the role create
We are growing our Sales, Activation and Solutioning Function for Managed Services and are looking for a Deal Origination and Sales Director to support our go-to-market capability. The primary purpose of this role is to assist PwC Partners shape and sell managed services to our Technology Services clients .
Our Deal Origination and Sales Directors take the lead in driving a Managed Services sales strategy, from building relationships internally and with C-suite level clients to identifying opportunities for cross selling services.
You will work closely with our Solutions Lab and experienced Solution Architects, who will support the detailed design of a Managed Service solution (including cost modeling, deal shaping and bid management support).
We are looking for someone who can build relationships quickly with senior client and internal stakeholders, and who has experience of Managed Services sales across the Technology sector . The Managed Services (MS) Sales and Solutioning Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the go to market strategy, pre- sales and design of client-centric managed services solutions in our Business Outcomes pillar (Finance, Procurement, HR) . The role bridges pre-sales activities, solution design, proposal development, and engagement with clients and internal teams to ensure commercially viable and operationally sound MS solutions.

Manage, and monitor “Power Plants: Engines and APU Reliability Program” of the airline's and third-party aircrafts.
Encompasses short/long term maintenance needs and modifications to optimize engines and APUs’ reliability, achieve cost-effective operational dispatch, and ensure fleet readiness and safety. Oversees the implementation through completion of Engines and APUs maintenance programs.
- Manage the aircrafts’ “Power Plants” technical assessment program daily to support engineering maintenance (Line, Hangar, MCC, hubs), including data collection, performance review, analysis, management reporting, corrective measures, and modifications.
- Support the Head of Engineering in developing procedures, specifications, and EOS (Engineering Operational Standards) related to the “Propulsion Reliability Program”.
- Review publications and regulations related to “Propulsion” scope, ensure compliance, and optimize maintenance programs per operational needs and regulatory requirements.
- Use data and technical reports for root-cause analysis and troubleshooting, identify trends, and conduct investigations. Implement corrective measures and modifications, and incorporate recommendations into the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) with justification.
- Generate reports on power plant reliability, damages, trends, and maintenance plans in coordination with planning teams.
- Support MCC, manufacturers, and OEMs by communicating troubleshooting requirements, modifications, and necessary actions.
- Review Service Bulletins and ADs, evaluate services, and draft Engineering Orders (EOs) for approval and communication to teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders like Projects, Warranty, Legal, and Finance on new projects, contracts, and SLAs, including performance reviews and feasibility studies.
- Manage Engine Shop Visits to monitor process flow and ensure smooth operations per maintenance policies.
- Monitor engine oil consumption using data from systems like RAL to support ETOPS requirements and control costs.
- Partner with Finance to settle invoices related to functions.
- Assist in audit preparations, reviews, and closure of occurrence reports and findings.
- Bachelor's in Aircraft Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical) or equivalent; higher diploma or certificates from recognized institutions with relevant experience.
- Training on engine and APU systems, preferably Airbus 320.
- Additional certifications in Project Management, Cost Control, Compliance, Budgeting, and Quality Assurance are advantageous.
- Proficient with technology systems, Microsoft Office, MRO systems, and web search tools.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and presentations.
- Over 5 years’ experience in the aviation industry, including trainee or post-university experience in airlines or similar roles; experience with Airbus 320 is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of aircraft airworthiness programs and regulations, such as CAMO requirements.
- Hands-on experience with power plants and engines, especially CFM56/5B & APIC/GTCP 131-9A APUs.

The Commercial Manager is responsible for leading pricing and commercial terms related to Managed Services propositions and solutions. The role will encompass financial analysis, pricing scenarios, business case preparations, and the detailing of commercial terms.
The Commercial Manager will provide expert financial modeling and pricing analysis in the bidding and solutioning environment with active participation in collection and optimisation of cost inputs. The Commercial Manager will work closely with solution leads, SMEs, and other stakeholders and will develop the necessary tools and templates to facilitate solution development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily tasks and delivery expectation
- Lead costing and pricing exercises for Managed Services proposition in accordance with internal policies and guidelines.
- Review and provide feedback on solutions based on benchmarks and precedents.
- Create business plans and financial scenarios for Managed Services opportunities.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to Leadership on an ad-hoc basis as requested.
- Prepare and maintain financial statement analysis.
- Provide financial guidance and monitor the financial allocations for Managed Services related investments.
- Provide insights and analysis to Leadership on budgets and forecast review (KPIs variance analysis, etc.).
- Liaise closely with MI/reporting team to align on management reports and support in automation such as dashboards.
