We are seeking an experienced IT leader to fill a key role in our organization.


About the Role
  • This position involves ensuring that all IT systems operate within regulatory standards and align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, overseeing technology infrastructure, and coordinating with various teams to implement necessary IT programs and assessments.

  15. Network Administrator: Plan, design, and maintain LAN / WAN networks.
  16. Cybersecurity Specialist: Implement and monitor IT security measures.
  17. Database Administrator: Maintain, backup, and secure database systems.
  18. Help Desk Manager: Lead the help desk team and resolve user issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7 years in IT leadership or relevant roles.
  • Operational understanding of risk functions.
  • System administration (Windows servers, desktops, applications).
  • Networking basics (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence top management decisions.
  • SQL and database management (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
  • MetaTrader 5 platform (client & server); experience with CQG or TT is a plus.

Overview
This Engineering role is responsible for the modelling, performance prediction, measurement, processing, analyzing and interpreting of radar data and systems. The role requires proven experience conducting radar field measurements and working-knowledge in radar signal processing, detection, tracking and classification algorithms. The role also includes applied radar research in areas such as: electronic defense, RF propagation, target classification etc. The Engineer will work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams including radar engineers, systems integrators, systems testing engineers and several important stakeholders in a dynamic, security‑conscious environment in the UAE.

Requirements
