Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Cloud Administrator with deep technical and process knowledge across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Opsgenie, Jira Product Discovery, and Atlassian Guard. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling our enterprise Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, aligning tooling with ITIL practices and Agile frameworks.

The ideal candidate has implemented Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, JIRA Software from the ground up, supports Agile development teams, drives collaboration across departments, and can design and automate workflows to streamline operations at scale.

Responsibilities
