We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Cloud Administrator with deep technical and process knowledge across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Opsgenie, Jira Product Discovery, and Atlassian Guard. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling our enterprise Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, aligning tooling with ITIL practices and Agile frameworks.

• Implement and support Jira Product Discovery by setting up idea capture workflows, prioritization frameworks, insights mapping, roadmap views, and training stakeholders on best practices.
• Support development teams using Jira Software with Agile configuration for sprint planning, backlog grooming, cross-team dependency management, and board customization.
• Build advanced dashboards and reports using eazyBI, Jira native gadgets, and custom JQL.
