About this role

This senior position is based in our Dubai office, reporting directly to our Partner. You would find yourself in a multinational office environment full of passionate designers.

Job Summary

As an Associate specializing in hospitality design, you will lead and oversee the design process from concept to completion. Your expertise and passion for creating captivating, functional, and inviting spaces will be instrumental in shaping the guest experience within hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality venues. You will work closely with clients, operators and internal design teams to bring your design visions to life, ensuring exceptional quality and creativity in every project.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage a design team in all stages of projects in collaborative leadership manner.


  • Conceptualize and develop full design packages that align with the client's vision and project goals.


  • Develop mood boards, sketches, and design proposals to convey your ideas effectively.


  • Present your design thoughts, intents and visuals to clients and operators.


  • Ensure project financial targets are achieved.


  • Effective project management and making sure that deadlines, budget, and schedules are maintained.


  • Local and international travel are required for client meetings and project presentations.


  • Secure new business opportunities by building strong relationships internally and externally.


  • Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, budget & cost estimation, work schedule & milestones


  • Responsible for quality control and risk identification.


  • Responsible for all company resources, e.g. staff hours, CAD printing, reimbursable costs, etc.

Minimum qualifications


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design / Architecture


  • 15+ years of experience with minimum 12 years of experience in luxury hospitality sector


  • A portfolio of previous project experience in luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects


  • Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit (preferred but not compulsory)


  • Fluent in English

The Learning Associate works with their Country L&D manager, Operations Managers, Area Managers, Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Managers, Dispatchers, Drivers and Warehouse Associates to coordinate all training related activities for the site. The individual in this position will provide ground level training facilitation and administrative management. The Learning Associate will play an integral role in ensuring all operations compliance training for the sites is maintained, as well as ensuring all training documentation and daily expectations are accurate, completed, and up to date. The Learning Associate is assigned to the Learning Department and will manage specific responsibilities to that department.
Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate all training related programs (up to but not limited to 50 members in a session)
- Track performance including learning curve and quality and implement appropriate performance improvement initiatives to support improved performance
- Monitor adherence to all established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved and implement new tactical and strategic projects

Candidate would be required to work 5 days a week (9hour working and 1hour break). The 2 days off will be split or together depending on business needs and rostering for the month. This will be decided and can change as per requirement of coverage in the team 2. Candidate will need to work odd shifts - 6AM and 8AM are most common shift start times and in some cases night shift which will start at 11 PM or 1AM and evening shift which will start at 3 PM. Compensatory off is provided for shift change as per Amazon policy. 3. Travelling to different stations in the shift or during the week is required as per business needs.

Your qualifications and skills
  • Typically enrolled in advanced graduate degree program (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.); Requirements may vary by country or practice.
  • Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.

About the role

We're looking for an ambitious lawyer to join our nascent legal team and help scale our B2B fintech operations across the GCC region. As our legal counsel, you'll work independently on a diverse range of legal matters while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad legal experience in a fast-growing Series A-B fintech environment, working on everything from commercial contracts to regulatory compliance across multiple GCC markets.

What you'll do
  • Supporting business teams in new market initiatives and product launches across GCC jurisdictions
  • Leading with licensing applications, regulatory filings, and corporate governance matters
  • Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, vendor contracts, partnership deals, and customer terms of service for products
  • Advising on legal aspects of product development across our suite of fintech products
  • Assisting with drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures across business units and markets
  • Assisting with contract management processes and related operational tasks
  • Documenting legal precedents and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and legal playbooks
What we are looking for
  • Qualification as a lawyer in a common-law jurisdiction
  • 2-4 years of legal experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house counsel, ideally relevant experience working with fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology companies
  • Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of financial services regulations and corporate compliance requirements
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and business judgment
  • Experience with GCC legal frameworks or willingness to quickly develop expertise in the region
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
