We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, multi-lingual, graduate Emirati talents to take our company forward.
Hilti’s Emirati Design Engineer Graduate Program is a regional development program like no other, with real responsibility from day one. The program looks to support our commitment to nurture future leaders and to contribute to the UAE 2030 Vision, where focus is on building human capabilities on knowledge and innovation for Emiratis.
What does the role involve?Hilti’s Design Engineering Graduate Program is a 12-month program, where you’ll quickly be exposed to multiple roles and tasks within the Design Engineering role, with opportunities to network with various key stakeholders and the management. It’s fast paced, enriching and can be intense, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you through this journey.
The program is split into 3 main stages of work (flexible):
- 1-3 months learning about Engineering Design through the Engineering Competence Center (ECC) team.
- 1-3 months learning about Engineering Design through the Project Management team,
- 3-5 months learning about Engineering Design through the Oegland Systems (OG) team.
We want your thirst to learn, courage to challenge and desire to improve things.
What you need is:- UAE National with a valid Family Book (in compliance with UAE Emiratization regulations).
- Fresh graduate or soon to graduate , holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering , or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 3 months of experience in a professional setting (internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level role), or an early-career professional eager to grow.
- Bilingual proficiency : Strong command of both Arabic and English , written and spoken.
