Role Overview

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in investment analysis within the US market to join Clients family office’s at Dubai, UAE . Thesuccessful candidate will support the family in evaluating, monitoring, andmanaging a multi-asset investment portfolio, including public equities, privateequity, fixed income, real estate, hedge funds, and alternative investments.

An ideal profile would include familiarity with cross-border investment dynamics and an understanding of the financial mindset and cultural nuances of Indian business families—making candidates with Indian heritage or exposure to the Indian business ecosystem particularly well-suited for this role.

This role is ideal for a professional witha strong financial background who is passionate about investment research,financial modelling, and portfolio management in a long-term wealth managementsetting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research and identify investmentopportunities across multiple asset classes.
  • Perform financial analysis, valuation modelling (DCF,comparable, etc.), and risk assessment on potential investments.
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry shifts, andgeopolitical risks impacting portfolio performance.
  • Assist in asset allocation strategy and portfolioconstruction based on risk-return objectives.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics,Business, Accounting, or related field .
  • 7+ years of experience ininvestment banking, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or asimilar role.
  • CFA/CAIA designation (or progress toward) is a strong plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

The Role
A UK based family office are looking at transitioning their structure across to the UAE and in turn looking to appoint a top tier Investment Analyst to support the CIO and Principal in developing their allocations. The SFO have a notable real estate portfolio and fund of fund platform and this role will take the lead in researching fund managers across multi-asset strategies traditionally long-only equity, fixed income, commodities and FX managers. The role will focus on looking at existing fund allocations, reviewing performance, benchmarking, renegotiating existing commitment terms and evaluating structures. The role will also take ownership of research and analysis of fund managers, identifying emerging managers, evaluating performance and risk factors.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have 10+ years’ experience within fund selection and analysis. Ideally with T1 institution experience gained from a leading international financial centre. Having prior exposure to a Single Family Office environment would be extremely advantageous, due to the nuances within an SFO structure.

We offer live financial education and content on a variety of topics to address the spectrum of employees’ priorities.

We offer a medical advocacy service for employees and family members facing critical health situations, and counseling and referral services through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We provide Global Medical, Security and Travel Assistance and a Workplace Ergonomics Program.

To encourage employees to live a healthy and active lifestyle, some of our offices feature on-site fitness centers. For eligible employees, we typically reimburse fees paid for a fitness club membership or activity (up to a pre-approved amount).

We offer on-site child care centers that provide full-time and emergency back-up care, as well as mother and baby rooms and homework rooms. In every office, we provide advice and counseling services, expectant parent resources and transitional programs for parents returning from parental leave.
