Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Stewarding Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sanitation of kitchen equipment and assigned areas, training Kitchen Stewards to maintain high standards, and ensuring timely provision of clean dishes and silverware for guests and colleagues.

You will also review banquet event orders, guaranteeing setups and supplies are ready, remove chipped items from circulation, and conduct inventory. Additionally, you will maintain equipment functionality and report any issues for repair, follow department policies, procedures, and service guidelines, and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
