The candidate will report to the Design Director and will be responsible for managing the project programme, delivery schedule, project progress reporting, client engagement, local project office management, and fee collection.

He/she will be responsible for the success of the project from administrative and programme perspectives. He/she will manage stakeholder relationships and work closely with the technical and project delivery teams to ensure contractual compliance and provide technical guidance as needed.

• International experience in development planning, preferably in the Gulf region.

Job Opportunity for a Senior Urban Designer/Planner

• Contribute to the design and delivery of various projects, taking ownership of medium to large-scale design and production packages under the supervision of senior staff.
• Organize and develop client presentations, working to agreed programme deliverables and advising on any issues that may affect delivery.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables meets expectations, working within agreed design standards and parameters.

• At least 6 years of experience in managing master planning design and technical work either at a consultant, developer, or government organization.
