Linklaters’ contract lawyer platform, Re:link, is seeking talented Project Finance and Project Development lawyers for interim assignments in the UAE. We are interested in hearing from lawyers at all levels of experience who are seeking exciting and flexible interim opportunities.
Our assignments typically involve:
- Supporting Linklaters’ clients based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
- Full-time roles, generally lasting six months
- Opportunities for flexible or remote working arrangements, including projects supporting clients in Saudi Arabia
- Provide project finance and project development legal services for clients in UAE-related assignments
- Support client teams, draft and review documents, and advise on structuring and risk considerations
- Experience: Strong background in Project Finance and/or Project Development, gained at a top-tier law firm or through equivalent in-house or secondment roles
- Eligibility: Legal right to work in the UAE and a current practising certificate
- Availability: Able to start work promptly
