We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced legal professional to fill the position of Legal Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee and control project liabilities throughout the entire supply chain and directly supervise contract managers of the Operating Centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team of contract managers and provide legal advice, interpretation, and guidance on various matters affecting the Operating Centres.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to business activities, ensuring oversight and control of liabilities on projects, and managing claims and litigations.
• Implement the Operating Model of the Legal Contracts Compliance Department and manage the legal entities within the Operating Centers.

Requirements:

• Law degree with approximately 7-10+ years of similar legal experience in an international environment.
• Relevant experience in construction or EPC contracts.
