In This Role, You Will
- Liaise with licensing bodies and external authorities (e.g. Dubai Health Authority, Ministry of Health) on clinical (nursing) and technical matters relevant to your role, to maintain strong professional relationships and ensure that services are benchmarked against best practice standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate appropriate care delivery to assigned client groups. Collaborate with line managers to develop a clinical nursing framework aligned with the priorities of Emirates Group Medical Services (EGMS).
- Independently operate nursing clinics or designated service areas for the relevant population, or lead technical and development projects within the scope of your role.
- Where applicable, perform regular assessments of patients accessing nursing services. Initiate follow-up appointments and refer cases to physicians as appropriate. Maintain effective recall systems and ensure accurate dashboard reporting for your area of responsibility.
- Engage in continuous professional development by conducting research in nursing and medical practice. Adapt clinical services or technical support to meet evolving service needs, and actively participate in and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and review of policies and guidelines related to nursing practice and technical clinical support.
- Design and implement clinical education and professional development programmes aimed at critically evaluating and enhancing workplace practices for nursing and allied health professionals.
