The English Lead Teacher is responsible for:

  • Leading curriculum planning, promoting instructional excellence, and mentoring teachers within the English department. The role includes classroom teaching, setting departmental goals, guiding assessment practices, and ensuring alignment with school-wide academic standards and curriculum expectations.
  • Teaching all areas related to the subject and relevant curriculum.
  • Observing and evaluating students’ performance, behavior, and social development.
