Leadership Development Manager Role

The role of a Leadership Development Manager is crucial in driving the growth and success of an organization. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing leadership development programs that cater to the needs of the organization.

This includes managing and supporting all leadership development initiatives, including program planning, delivery, and post-delivery tracking. You will also be responsible for counseling and supporting delegates through their program delivery, identifying development solutions to enhance their skills and talents.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and support all leadership development programs such as Sustainable Leadership, Qiyadat, Tamkeen, and Highflyer programs.
  • Program planning, delivery, and post-delivery career progression tracking.
  • Counsel and support program delegates through their program delivery and identify development solutions to enhance talent skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is typically required.
  • Facilitation Skills: Certified facilitator skills from ATD or CIPD are advantageous, as is ICF Coaching.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and suggest improvements.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail for thorough testing and accurate reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders, including leadership teams, middle managers, and external learning providers.

Previous Experience and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with the same skill sets and track record.
  • Banking or Financial Institution experience is essential.

Change Leadership Academy Deployment, group-wide podcast development, and award management
