Role Overview:

Responsible to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.

Main Duties:

· Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants

· Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market

· Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials

· Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers

· Confirm rental application data and personal references

· Stay knowledgeable of the property market status

· Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc)

· Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals

· Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field or Higher Diploma in Business Administration/Management
• Minimum of 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience in a similar role within Real Estate (Sales or Leasing) industry
• Good knowledge in Municipality and Tawtheeq system
• Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, preparing presentation and reports, etc.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, customer service and analytical skills
• Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to ensure effective communications with a wide range of contacts both internal and external
• Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues. Maintain good relationships with vendors, tenants, contractors and staff
• Able to motivate workers in their charge, and constantly be looking for ways to innovate old methods and practices
• Ability to organize and plan own work, able to deal with work-related deadlines, accountabilities and responsibilities
