A leading real estate development company in Abu Dhabi is seeking to appoint a Manager – Legal (Projects and Construction) to support its growing operations.
The selected candidate will work closely with the General Counsel to manage legal matters related to high-value construction, development, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal advice and support across departments in coordination with the General Counsel.
2. Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including consultancy, contractor, vendor, lease, procurement, licensing, service, and confidentiality agreements.
3. Lead and manage the contract lifecycle process, including negotiation, review, and execution.
4. Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, regulatory, and corporate legal matters.
5. Handle pre-litigation and litigation support, including drafting legal strategy and documentation.
6. Conduct legal risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate and construction operations.
8. Support internal corporate governance, policy review, and legal training where needed.
